in-plane stiffness of the tower is not improved even after cable installation, being different from the out-of-plane rigidity, it is improved after the installation of the cable. Therefore, the in-plane vibration by the wind in bridge axis direction is still a severe problem even after completion for a cable-stayed bridge with an A-shape tower.
