State process exceed minimum values of both cast and wrought materials but were lower than typical values for the same material. The ductility of the Penn State material also exceeded minimum requirements but is less than typical for cast and wrought forms. It is interesting to note that the aging heat treatment for the Penn State material seemed to improve the material's ductility without much change in tensile and yield strength.
